Refund Policy

30-Days Returns & Exchange

If you are not satisfied with our clothing products and would like to return them for a refund or exchange, you can message our after-sales customer service (email: [email protected]) and they will be available 24 hours (Monday – Friday) and provide you with more information and some helpful suggestions.

  1. Please contact us for a refund before returning the item to us. We do not accept returned items that you send back directly without first checking with us.
  2. Write down your order number on the package, such as #10001, so that your package can be easily identified and so that we can resolve your issue as soon as possible.
  3. The return courier cost will be borne by you.
  4. After we confirm receipt of the returned package, we will contact you and refund or exchange your order.

After-sales policy

I. Returns can be accepted within 30 days, as follows

Returns can be accepted within 30 days of your receipt of the package to our customers. When we confirm the arrival of your returned package, we will refund your money. Items that can be returned or refunded must follow the following criteria.

  1. Please ensure that the product is unused and will not affect secondary sales.
  2. Faulty items that arrive damaged/broken or soiled.
  3. Incorrect size/color of the item received.
  4. Since the price of our clothes is shipped free of charge, and after we send out the package, we have already paid the shipping company to the shipping company, so we will only refund your purchase price and will not pay you any additional shipping costs. This is responsible .
  5. After returning the item, please inform us of the following information in your account, where you can find the chart

① Order number, e.g. #10001

② Product bar code number, e.g. 12345678988

③ Quantity per item (the model you purchased and the corresponding quantity)

④ Photo of the product you sent back

⑤ Photo of the shipping label on the package sent to you by Twovin.top

⑥ Photo of the shipping label on the package you sent to Twovin.top

⑦ The unique bar code of the product on the package of the product

  1. The shipping cost will be charged by the courier company and the return shipping cost will be borne by you.

Return and exchange steps (please strictly follow the following steps).

  1. Please consult customer service for the information we need before sending back the package.
  2. Send the parcel back to us.
  3. After returning the package, please provide the information you collected above or added to your account to our customer service, where you can find the chart upload information.
  4. After confirming the information, we will refund the amount directly to your account. But the amount is frozen and can be used until we receive the package.
  5. After receiving the package, we will activate the refund in your account and then you can apply it to a new order.

II. Unconditional return and exchange

If customer service confirms that Twovin.top sent you the wrong item, then our customer’s refund request is unconditionally accepted.

  3. After we determine that we sent you the wrong item, we will refund the amount you can apply to your new order to your account, or notify our treasurer to refund your PayPal account or someone else if you wish.

Full Refunds
We offer a full refund for any item found to be defective or damaged due to our fault. Refunds cannot be claimed for damage caused by the fault of a third party or the customer’s own fault. Refund time depends on your PayPal and the processing time of your bank, and will normally be completed within 5 business days.

Partial Refunds
We also offer partial refunds for returned items that are missing some original parts. In this case, the customer will only receive a partial refund. Refunds will be made within 5 business days depending on your PayPal and your bank’s processing time.

The customer pays only once for shipping costs (including returns); the consumer is not charged a restocking fee for returned products. In the case of free shipping, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

If an order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase, we will provide a full refund.

Once you decide to cancel your order, you should submit an order cancellation request to our customer service at [email protected].

For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but not yet shipped, we will provide a partial refund with a 15% cancellation fee.

If the order has already shipped, we will not accept cancellation requests.

Exchange or Return Address

Our customer service staff will send you an exchange or return address via email. Please send the product with the original packaging and receipt or proof of purchase to the address provided.

To request return information, please contact our customer service by sending us an email containing your order number.

Full refund (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned merchandise. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method within 24 hours of assessment.
